About Johnny Mansell

Johnny Mansell was born and raised in Quincy. His grandfather Denny Swanson opened Town and Country Properties in 1982. After finishing college at San Diego Golf Academy, Johnny started in real estate in 2007 and survived even with the economic downturn in those first years. He got his brokers license shortly after in 2008. He was active in the Plumas Association of Realtors as a director from 2008-2011 and was President of the Association in 2010. He took over Town and Country Properties when his grandfather, Denny Swanson, retired in 2012. What he enjoys most about real estate is meeting new people and introducing them to the Quincy Area. Johnny loves to support the local area through being an active member in Rotary. Johnny was Rotary President in 2016-2017.
